The Tucker County Commission meets twice monthly in the courtroom of the Tucker County Courthouse. Agendas for the meetings are posted on the website and at various locations around the courthouse.
Second Wednesday of the month – 9 a.m. year round
Fourth Wednesday of the month – 4 p.m. (November thru April) 6 p.m. (May thru October)
Your Tucker County Commission
The Tucker County Commission is the governing body responsible for managing county affairs in Tucker County, West Virginia. Comprised of three elected commissioners, the Commission oversees local legislation, budgeting, infrastructure, and community development. Through regular public meetings and accessible leadership, the Commission strives to maintain transparency, support county services, and promote civic involvement. Residents are encouraged to participate in the decision-making process and stay informed through posted agendas, public notices, and outreach initiatives.
